About

Hybrid work coordination app makes sure that you go into the office on the right days. Save time on manual updates, stay on top of your schedule, and enjoy the in-person moments that make office days great.

I redesigned the 'Now' tab to put the most relevant and always up-to-date information front-and-center. This gives the user what they need when they need it to be able to take action quickly.

Solution

These are the iOS and Android designs for the final version.

iOS Designs

I designed a layout that increased the content density and minimized actions, e.g. set work location that was necessary, but not something users would do every day.

We used iOS Live Activities because of a push by me. Live Activities were perfect for users being able to stay up to date on meetings because users didn't need to open the Scoop app to see details of their current meeting and when their next meeting was. We also needed a way to increase engagement in our app and this was one way to do that.

Android Designs

I designed a layout that increased the content density and minimized actions, e.g. set work location that was necessary, but not something users would do every day.
